Feedback Friday
If you get my Freebie Friday newsletter, you most likely read Midge’s question about a certain cranberry recipe (if you don’t get my newsletter be sure and subscribe via the sticky note in the upper right corner of the blog). Read below to see which recipe is my favorite! Molly
Dear Midge,
I just LOVE cranberries! I like to use them chopped in my cranberry relish at Thanksgiving and I have used dried cranberries to add into homemade trail mix for the kids. I usually freeze a few bags of cranberries this time of year for use later in the winter. I’ve used them in muffins, as an “extra” fruit in cobbler and also cooked down into a plain sauce (I love to spoon some over the top of sliced turkey!).
In today’s e-book, Cranberry Christmas, I think my favorite recipe might be the Colorful Slaw With Cranberries. I always love a good coleslaw, making it colorful and festive is even better! And the difference in taste and texture between the slaw and dried cranberries, how yummy and fun!
I think you can totally pull off the egg rolls with cranberry dipping sauce! What’s the worst that can happen? The egg rolls come unrolled or the sauce becomes a little too runny? I say grab a fork, dig in and enjoy!
Happy experimenting!
Love ya, Molly
